Power down with a digital detox. Whether it’s one week a year, at meal times or or an hour before bed, disconnecting from technology can be a way to reconnect with a love of board games, an old hobby or your favourite people. Taking a step back can be a fun way to rethink our relationship with video games, television, smartphones and computers. So listen to the radio, make a fort, play cards, fly a kite, write a letter, make cookies or have a garage sale.
