Amma Dablam (west face) framed by prayer flags. Ama Dablam is on of the most distinctive mountains lining the Khumbu valley. At 6856m or 22,494ft,it is by no means the highest mountain in the area,but it is one of the most striking in appearance. First climbed in 1961 by Gill,Bishop,Ward and Romanes.
